Review on Record Player Speaker 3 Speed by Robert Cooper

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Looks good but cheap and unreliable - broke within a week

***Updated review - DEFECTIVE It only took a week to 10 days for this turntable to stop working. The pickup or arm will now only play sound from the left channel. When I switch to bluetooth, both speakers work, so I know it's an issue with the player. The seller said to return the product as it is new. This is good, but be aware that it may be junk and could mysteriously stop working at any moment. I know it's not that expensive but I've done nothing but put on a few records and it's very frustrating. I went from enjoying and feeling great to being very annoyed and spending a lot of time on it. I have a feeling this will be typical of all these types of turntables as well. I think now I've become more jaded and cynical about the world. ###Original review This turntable is great - it plays vinyl and sounds pretty good out of the front stereo speakers. It's very simple - a controller turns it on and adjusts the volume. When the record is not spinning, an indicator turns blue and automatically switches to Bluetooth mode and you can play audio from your phone or anything else. Lift the stylus over the record and the indicator will turn green and start playing when you release the stylus. Stop spinning at the end of the recording. You can close the lid of a 12" record and the vinyl will stick out on the sides but will continue to spin. If you wish, you can connect larger headphones or speakers via the front panel headphone jack or the rear panel RCA audio output. It's great for the money and looks cool too.
