I ordered this dinosaur playmat for a 5 year old boy. I liked how big the playmat was as many of the other options I found were almost half the size. I also liked that the set includes a variety of dinosaurs, including static dinosaurs and car dinosaurs. I wish fickle dinosaurs had feet that planted on the ground. The two dinosaurs were in a running pose with their feet off the ground. Because of this, they just fall over if you try to put them on the ground. Also, the 2 palm trees that come with the dinosaurs are light and thin so they don't stand up on their own, they just fall over. I love the large styrofoam cubes that are included as they are a great alternative to traditional cubes as they are easy to see and easy to manipulate with small hands. The directions on the map are a bit confusing as they may have been translated from another language so are not clear. However, I think it would be easy to make your own rules, e.g. B. Rolling the dice and advancing on the right squares. Also, I like the large playmat as an easy place for kids to play with dinosaurs without worrying about playing with structured rules.
