I hesitated to buy because of some bad reviews, although my stylist recommended this product. I'm SUPER glad I did. Like most people, I don't know how to get even, flat curls. It was sooooo easy, and even if I didn't get it perfect, there's still no risk of damaging my hair (unlike straightening).
