Feels hard and does a great job with my dog ββwho likes to pull all the time when on the leash
for about two months now and he's holding up well and has been pulled a lot because he doesn't walk very well on your heels during walking time. The latch is strong and opens quickly when you need to remove it. The handle is great because it makes it easy to carry him around our small farm when I'm off the leash when needed. I put a $4 red clip on a bike light when I ran it at night. A good product
