Good value for running

Easily fits my phone, ID, house key and some spare cash while still leaving room. It's also very comfortable - I'm a size 14 (I started running to lose weight) and fits my waist easily. The reflective strip is a valuable safety feature. I've thought about a running belt for a long time, but I never thought I would need one. I could just carry my phone/music in my hand and as I'm always driving in traffic it's easy for me to keep an eye on dangerous cars. But then, as I was driving, I stopped to help a man who was having a seizure, half on the sidewalk, half on the street. He fled and had no ID for me or any other Good Samaritan to find, his phone had a code so we couldn't call a loved one to tell them what had happened while we waited. until an ambulance arrived and after the seizures finally stopped he was still very confused and everything he said made no sense. When I got home I started looking at running belts and settled on this one. I always put my ID inside and have a card with the names and phone numbers of my emergency contacts in case something like this happens. To other runners/walkers/other people: Please never leave the house without ID. You never know if something is going to happen, and emergency services can get to loved ones a lot quicker if you're not some random John/Jane Doe.
