I liked that it hung comfortably on my shoulder and I could keep my dog close by. The main issue is that my dog likes to see where he is going so if he stuck his head out the bandage would be pressed against his neck and he would be "coughing" and coughing the whole time I was out shopping. I like that it has a clasp that attaches to the collar or leash. So if the dog tries to jump out, the leash won't let him get far. My dog is 9lbs as an adult but after 20-30 minutes of carrying it he got very heavy. Robust workmanship and very soft fabric.
