
I had the cable in the original packaging about 3 days before I connected it. I ran a 10 foot cable to my device and nothing, no lights to indicate the cable is working. I did all the work of shutting everything down and rebooting before calling my ISP and that didn't help much either so I called Revane on the tech support phone about 5 minutes later and he said I would help you refund the cost of the purchase and you can throw the cable in the trash. I don't need it back I had all sorts of issues with a third party company that you bought from us and refunded me. I'm thinking about it, if they know they have problems with the supplier If said cable, why keep sealing the product for the consumer and wasting my time buying it and waiting for it not to work seems to me and being a huge waste of time to them knowing that the product is sealed in there and that it's not good to shoot for the ruble from the start, so I'd do your homework before you spend the best part of two days with it spend trying to figure out why it doesn't work when it could be avoided entirely, and for you and your peace of mind I do not recommend you purchase this or any other product from this company. have a nice day.
