I have terrible allergies, especially in winter when the weather changes from hot to cold everywhere and everywhere. Using it under a hot shower really helps. Is this a miracle pill that will solve all sinus problems? No, but at least it gives me some relief and works well for me. Pros: Fast shipping Good packaging Helps with sinus problems. Cons: Might have a stronger smell to further relieve sinus issues
