This is NOT $195 (including tax). First, this box was opened and resealed. The flaps were carelessly closed with a single piece of tape and secured with straps. Customer returns had a few tags crossed out and it was sold to me at full price. All the boxes and packages of parts were torn apart when I opened the box. The construction is bad. Each piece had to be machined and hammered in by hand as none of the holes would fit. Each wheel requires (4) washers and when all the washers are in place the pin will not fit the wheel. There were two black plastic grip caps which also did not fit leaving very sharp edges near the grip. Are you a tenant? Would you like your deposit returned upon check out? If you answered yes to both questions, I repeat, do NOT carry ladders. Some reviewers said it left nicks on wooden stairs. it leaves grooves in the concrete stairs! Not to mention they're tricky to install as you have to drill holes in the side frames to line everything up. However, it came out pretty easy. One good thing I can say about this hand truck is that. Wheels are smooth. That's all. Everything else is garbage. Save time and money and buy a good old steel cart. No assembly is required and most now come with solid wheels. I won't keep it.
