Packaging defective: Returned

The lamps were defective from the packaging. 2 perfectly and fully configured within 3 minutes (I had already downloaded the app). The other 2 don't connect to the internet. FINALLY took 2 that didn't connect to a small wall light downstairs and plugged them in 3ft from the router. After 45 minutes I got 2 others to connect to wifi and set up, but when I got them back upstairs (where they were supposed to be used) the first set, which was easy to set up, was offline and not ready. appear in the application even if a wall force has been applied to them. Plugged in a wall light that had two second bulbs (which I had to detach) and now they were off too. The WiFi signal in this part of the house is full, there were no problems with the connection. I turned off the router. I turned on the headlights. I closed the highlight app and then reopened it. All of them have just been disabled and will no longer appear in the application. They physically lit up but didn't connect to the app, so none of the color or brightness functions were used. I paid $25 more than the standard cost of the bulbs to connect the bulbs to Wi-Fi and have color features, so the features could not be used with all bulbs for 1.5 hours after opening the box; they had to return. Due to the lack of WiFi enabled color changing Gu10 lightbulbs and consistent 4+ star reviews here on Revain I will either use cheaper Gu10 lightbulbs that don't support WiFi or just use the included remote control (rather than ok to use the app to use) to change the color as I can connect the sconces to a WiFi socket to set them on a timer. Another option is to hook up the gu10 adapters to the e26/e27 and just install regular WiFi enabled color changing bulbs that I know work.
