Review on Convenience Concepts 143042T Designs4Comfort Storage by Stephen Tharpe

I bought this ottoman a year ago looking for somewhere to store things that could be versatile. Being able to flip the cushions so they function like a coffee table is great, but I had an issue with one of them. A friend was sitting on the table and there was a cracking noise as shown in the picture. This cushion can still serve as an ottoman, but apparently it can't sit on it or be used as a table. Would like to know if I can pay for a pillow replacement as I won't be spending $100 to buy an entire second unit. So I would say if you are looking for a storage stool that doesn't take up a lot of space then go for it. Just don't use it as an extra seat, maybe it's ok for kids but not for average sized adults.
