They work great BUT BEWARE the first two balance connectors I received were soldered the wrong way around, ie connect the plus of the board with the minus of the battery and vice versa. As a result, I plugged it in without looking. This is pretty easy to fix, just carefully remove the plastic head from the pins and put it back on by swapping the ends. Or desolder it and re-solder it in the correct orientation. Really stupid mistake on the part of the manufacturer, the rest of the board works fine.
