Glides beautifully over fabric. I like the contoured shape that gives it a more natural look. I was initially skeptical about the shape and trigger, thinking it would be awkward to cut and press at the same time, but that's not a problem at all. What made me complete was the customer service. The first one I got had the security button not working for some reason. I contacted them on Saturday without waiting for a reply until Monday morning because they don't work on the weekend. Well they replied within an hour and apologized and said they would send me another one on Monday. Ideal! Well, instead of being sent on Monday, it WAS SHOWN on Monday. DAS goes above and beyond and they have a customer for life here!
