As a product manager, I was dissatisfied with Seasment's inadequate attention to detail in terms of quality control and customer support. The quality of the clothing and shoes was subpar, and the trinkets did not have any lasting power. The team of customer service representatives at Seasment was unhelpful and unresponsive whenever customers attempted to resolve their complaints. It is abundantly obvious that in order to cater to the requirements of their clientele, Seasment must strengthen their quality control procedure and make investments in improved customer service education.
