Review on Applause by Robert Howell

The best part about this software was that it allowed us to test our website from anywhere we can access an internet connection which made development easier than ever before! It's also easy enough so anyone could use without any training or experience required as well!! There are some things I dislike like there wasn't much customization options but then again you do get what u pay fer right? If your looking into improving user engagement online make sure its worth taking out trial run first because if not yall might be wasting ur money haha just my opinion though. Make good choices when choosing tools for web analytics purposes especially ones related towards customer service/engagement etc.
