The integration between all systems is very smart when there are changes in one system they will be reflected automatically across other ones as well! This saves so much precious management resources for you since it does not have any manual process involved anymore once this tool has been implemented by your organization - which really helped us improve productivity drastically (more than 100%). I wish that more features could integrate into an easier way but currently its still lacking some basic things like payrolling or payroll reporting / analysis etc; however these can easily solved using 3rd party tools such as XERO Payroll if needed instead of building them from scratch ourselves. We used to spend at least 20 man hours per month just handling employee related issues/changes manually hence saving tons amount of work was definitely noticeable after implementing this software solution throughout my team members' roles within the organisation.
