I like t-shirts that are 100% cotton or as close to it as possible. I've been buying some stuff from a famous department store for years and then they changed the fabric composition to more 50/50 blends or worse. More polyester. I chose Joe's Company T. I ordered my usual size 2x larger and found that they shrank after a few washes and tumble dried, making them too short for my liking. A few months later, having found no other options, I decided to try Joe T's again, but up to 3x Tall. I only bought one but was happy with the result after washing and drying. I ordered the third time to get another pair and they were fine. In my quest for more cotton in my life, I've learned that ring-spun cotton feels the softest. Joe tees are NOT ring-spun cotton, but I can live with that. I will be ordering more in other colors next year. The bottom line for me was that I needed more than I expected.
