I love these headphones, I've been using them about 5 times a week for a year and really got hooked on the app and the workout accustomed to have about 24 hours. individual workouts that I alternate. I built my workout around these headphones. I can't say enough about how fun it is to count reps, use headphones to scroll through sets, etc. They sound great, call quality is great, they control the workout app, measure heart rate, count the repetitions. They really do everything and do it well. After 3 months I would give 5 stars. But after a year I have to go down to 3 stars because the battery is dead. BUT now the headphones don't hold charge, just one day BOOM, DON'T CHARGE. The case charges but the headphones don't. I'm hesitant to buy another one because $150 a year for headphones seems like too much. I would expect them to last longer at this price point or have replaceable batteries. Or, if they had a newer version with better battery life, bt4.1 or some other improvement, I'd probably be glad they stopped working so I could update them but would book the same price as some electronics I've bought before a year. it just doesn't feel right. So first with old cheap BT headphones. Contacted support but they only asked simple questions once and I replied straight away and then nothing. EDIT: I called support instead of email and they will replace the headphones under a 3 year warranty. Very satisfied with the telephone representative and the solution. So I increased my rating. These are great headphones and I feel more confident in the investment knowing they have their backs.
