It is impossible to use, a bad product.

I immediately regretted purchasing a replacement Magic Trackpad 2, so I returned it. The trackpad does not provide any smoothness in any of the motions that it gives. In addition to that, the sound of a wheel shaking when the vehicle was making lateral motions was highly irritating. It may appear that the mouse is silent, but in reality, you are continually distracted by the dangling of this wheel (it also gives it to your hand; I checked it with three coworkers, and it's the same for everyone; after I informed them about it, everyone began to notice it).
It is not something I would recommend for Mac, and certainly not for iPad. It is possible that it will come down in price for Windows, but I did not discover any advantages over a standard mouse when I used it on a PC.
The mouse is obviously getting way too much attention, and it is not deserving of that focus.
As an aside, the Chinese version will soon be available, and there will be an issue with the guarantee.

!Put this mouse out of your mind if you use a Mac; it's not going to work for you in any way, shape, or form! Problems unique to the Mac platform include the following: in order for the scroll to be really smooth, you need to install third-party software that constantly hangs open; otherwise, the scroll will be jerky, which attracts attention and irritates users; horizontal scrolling with the side wheel is very twitchy; connecting directly to an iPad is not a good idea if you intend to use it in accessibility mode because this will cause the scrolling to be jerky. The iPad OS does not support infinite scrolling, which results in a very poor user interface; if a mouse is connected, the device will remain awake for two minutes after the screen has been locked even if the screen was locked. Problems of a more general nature include: the side wheel is quite stiff; the magnetic wheel makes a rattling noise whenever it is moved laterally; a gentle curve (log choices);
