Review on 🔌 HPFIX Grounded Outlet Plug with Anti-Static Wrist Strap (Adjustable up to Size XL) and Grounding Cord - Earth Connection, ESD Safe for Computer and PC Building Electronics by Matt Charlton

I have been working with the connector plugged directly into an extension cord that was RIGHT under my feet and the wrist strap cord is still removed for sorting. The included cable isn't very flexible and won't stretch as much as most other wristband cables. I ended up having to lift the surge protector where it plugged into my desk so I could use my hands free without the wrist cord length restricting my movements. Also, the bracelet isn't that "reliable". like velcro. Although I pull it on my wrist with uncomfortable force and secure it with a plastic clasp, as I work it tends to loosen and slip around my wrist, and sometimes even the metal contact loses contact with my skin, which means that I no longer get grounded without realizing it right away. I'm leaving this product because I haven't had any luck buying wristbands and grounding plugs separately (the wristband's banana plug didn't fit the plug on an adapter I bought for some reason), so I can at least make sure that a connection to ground is possible (because banana plugs can be connected without any problems). But unless you have the luxury of having an outlet within 3 feet (or preferably less) of your wrist, I would not recommend this product.
