Size in generous size. Environment is similar to medium/large. 5'6", 150 lbs, slightly curvy/athletic build, 34DD. I love the fit, the body length is perfect, it doesn't ride up, I don't have to strain to fasten the latches. It's lined so that it's nice and thick and looks smooth good quality the fabric is a soft stretchy cotton material (not that shiny fleece lined suit that looks like shit) the back isn't a thong but when adjusted properly it seems that no lines are visible on it.The sleeves are fitted and long.highly recommended!
