FANTASTIC Company on my review.
I had issues that were NOT the fault of the company, yet they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. For that alone they deserve 5 stars.As to the chair: it is perfect for my small space, the seat and back are thickly padded, and it's comfortable for a fully reclined nap.The downside is that the arms aren't terribly durable and the footrest only locks when fully reclined to the 165° angle.For the price, I'll use an independent footrest and be very happy with this purchase.It's worth it for the customer service alone!
