Kills Mold Like Gangsters
This is the third time I've bought Rustoleum Perma-White because it just works. I kill mold with RMR-141 and sand the wall with RMR-86, then repaint the area with this material. I've only seen the mold come back in one spot and was much smaller and looked more painful (area 3 feet in diameter, light green -> area 2 in diameter, kind of dead beige). The wall itself looks pretty smooth. after the paint has dried; I'm assuming it's a mold resistant agent. No persistent odor problems.
