Luckily I bought it when it was cut in half because one of them didn't work when it arrived. I think I got what I paid for, except the other one wasn't great either. I like the ability to lock the top with a twist so you don't accidentally press it. Otherwise, the liquid won't stay in the tube between uses, so you'll have to refill the bottle 5 or 6 times with each use. It doesn't seem like much, but since you don't know when the liquid will reach the top, you can easily pump and get more liquid than you need. For me, the goal was to get what I need without a lot of waste because you don't pour it out of the bottle every time. If you pump, you get the same waste. I've seen similar bottles in medical exam rooms that worked well, but they were a little flimsy.
