This product is easy to install, just take everything apart on the car, plug it in, program it and you're good to go. The only snag came one morning about a week after installation when the car wouldn't turn off after remote starting and driving to the destination. After contacting support and checking the installation, this problem no longer occurred. The only thing my wife thought this could happen was that after turning the key she would put it into gear before the system would turn on the lights that come on when you normally start the car. Support was and still is willing to replace the device if this happens again. Otherwise the product was worth the money.
