Junk, not lockable and will eventually damage or destroy the vacuum cleaner.

This is scrap and does not replace the vf4000 hard vacuum filter. As a result, the filter detached from the sluice without knowing it and fell to the bottom of the vacuum. Soak up ingested dirt and leave immediately. The vacuum is now destroyed. Don't waste your money on these filters
