Review on πŸ’… Efficient 1 Count Cuticle Trimmer Featuring Stainless Steel Full Jaw by Andrea Robinson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Inexpensive cuticle trimmer with that certain something!

I may be a weirdo but I don't think you'll ever run out of cuticle trimmers. I keep them in my purse, in the car, next to my desk, etc. If I don't have them with me and I have a hanging nail or a rough edge on my cuticles, it drives me crazy. I was drawn to the interesting surface of the steel. Pros: The price matches the quality. My favorite Sephora cuticle trimmer was on sale for $16, so definitely worth it if you're on a budget. The metal finish is really fun, the plastic lid is nice (especially when you're traveling with it). I wouldn't call it a "cap" per se, it's just a tiny piece that goes over the head. The "spring" is nice and designed so it doesn't have to slip like some trimmers I've had. It's also quite spicy, but definitely not as spicy as I expected (see below). Cons: If you have small hands, they can be a little tricky to maneuver. I don't have small hands, but I have found that when the handle is open, the handle feels much larger than most in my hand and requires more movement to grip. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but that's the only way I can describe it. As soon as I took it out of the box, the coating was already worn off, which leads me to believe that it will not last long. Finally, while sharp, the head/blade was a bit too big in places. Overall, however, they worked well and with a really cool finish, at least for a while.

Pros
  • Super Shaped Blade - Made from high quality 402 stainless steel for durability. No rust after daily use to nibble on dead skin. A sharp blade cuts cuticles well
