The power cord is poorly made; Data cable working

Power cable with white body (holds 4 pins) that does not fit well. All four connector pins were very loose making a good connection impossible. Finally we cut off the white case and connect these 4 pins directly to the power supply. We sealed the entire connection with tape to secure the connector. Data cable works as advertised.
