Review on Soto Forza Tri Short Pockets Sports & Fitness for Triathlon by Mark Allen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quality shorts that fit great and feel fantastic!

Designed for running, cycling and swimming (with or without a wetsuit), these triathlon shorts are excellent for all three activities. The padding in the crotch is nice and thick, so it offers excellent comfort when cycling, but restricts body movements when running or swimming. The shorts stretch well and don't chafe or chafe anywhere while running. You feel fantastic! Be sure to check out the size chart in the product photos here on Revain. I have a 32" waist so I'm right on the border of M and L (except my height which puts me in the L category); I chose L because I didn't want the shorts to be too tight and I think they fit perfectly. They're compression shorts, so they compress my hips, but they're comfortable and my legs feel great in them after a workout. Note that the manufacturer says they are "not recommended for reuse in a chlorinated pool", but if you rinse them carefully afterwards I don't see any problems other than that the color may fade. I feel great wearing this. These are fantastic shorts that are worth every penny!

Pros
  • The integrated 4 mm thick Clasico pad offers comfort when cycling and is invisible when running. The ride height is 1 inch (2.54 cm) lower than previous models, giving it a more regular fit than a high fit just below the pelvic bones. Seamless inner thigh eliminates friction and increases durability.
Cons
