The product has several issues.1) The speaker jacks are too close together. When I plug in banana plugs (monocene, standard plugs) they touch and short out. This was easy enough to "fix" by sticking a piece of cardboard in between. See my photos. 2) Bluetooth does not reconnect about 30% of the time. That means I have to turn it off and on every third time I want to play something. It's a pain and kills this product for me. Removes the "magic" convenience of playing my phone through the speakers. 3) It comes with a 19W power adapter. To get the full 100W as advertised, you will need a 24W power adapter, which must be purchased separately. I don't need the extra power, I just found it cheap and consumer unfriendly. Sound quality is normal but kind of flat. But with Bluetooth I think you would expect it. It looks beautiful and feels comfortable.
