Review on Enhanced JVC CS-J6930 400W 6x9 3-Way J-Series Coaxial Car Speakers by Todd Nordine

At first I gave them 5 stars but back then as the car I installed them in was a show car I installed a cheap Jensen radio as the car is not driven very often . Well I hated the terrible quality of the Jensen head unit which I found out was just a very cheap Boss radio with Jensen's name on it. Now that I have a quality head unit I have a different opinion on these speakers too. You get what you pay for. The sound is muffled and distorted. Do your homework and check RMS; This means that speakers can function with constant power. It's only 45 RMS. If you are on a budget I recommend Pyle 6x8 speakers. They will most likely work and at 28.00 you can't go wrong. I recently switched to JBL speakers and what a difference. I always bought JVC in my day, as did Jensen. These new products are not 1/4 quality like the old products. Don't waste your money trying to save a few bucks. Spend only 30 euros more and get a decent quality kit. Totally disappointed with JVC.
