Review on 🍞 Clear Bread Storage Container: Progressive International Progressive Brown Sugar, 1 Piece - Enhance Storage and Organization by Richie Kotun

I have several of these containers and thought a brown sugar container would be a great addition. It fits in a standard 2 pound bag of brown sugar. It comes with a ceramic disk that you soak in water to prevent the brown sugar from sticking together. Well, I've tried two different bags of brown sugar. When I first put the disc in the holder in the lid, the disc dried for a few days and my brown sugar set pretty quickly. The second time I put the slice directly into the brown sugar and it quickly dried again (and a hard clump of sugar formed around the slice). Maybe there's a better way, but I wasn't keen on the concept. The brown sugar dried pretty quickly anyway, so I'm guessing the container isn't airtight enough. Now I just keep the sealed bag of brown sugar in the container and don't use the disc.
