Easy to use website! I have used it many times in my career as well when shipping goods from China through ports all over world including US West Coast Ports! They do not always provide timely information during holidays like Christmas or Thanksgiving Day where they also take down service sometimes!! Very easy access if you know how.

Also there seems no way of getting more than one invoice at time but only 1 can appear so make sure your invoices match exactly what has been received by customers/buyers before submitting them otherwise nothing happens. ! Try using this site once!! If anything go wrong then report immediately because we need help ASAP since some companies don't care about us small businesses who rely heavily upon these platforms especially Chinese clients!!
