Honestly, I really liked this chair. It was fairly comfortable with the mesh seat and there were plenty of adjustments to make. I had issues with how hard it was to recline comfortably, it has too much counterweight. But once I got the recline in a comfortable position, it was a good chair for working from home. Today, however, the armrest was completely broken just because I leaned on it with my elbow. I can't fix this with a screwdriver either: 1. Those 4 screws on the underside of the armrest itself are not accessible. Not only are they located in the armrest, but even if you disassemble the armrest, they are still hidden behind a non-removable mechanism.2. These threaded holes are worn out from the inside. The thread is completely worn and the two holes on the left have separated as you can see in the photo. It's clearly cheap plastic that isn't built to last. I will update my review when replacement armrests are sent to me, but at the time of writing they cost over $50 and I don't expect a response. Expect this product to last a long time. Look for a manufacturer with higher quality materials if you are looking for a more durable home office solution.
