Chainsaw sharpening extension

I have a 12 volt sharpener for my chainsaw but the cord is only about 6 feet long so I'm trying to do it on the front bumper. Now I can pull it through the window from the cigarette lighter to the tailgate. Easy as pie and worth the money. No, I can sharpen my oil and gas chainsaw and be back cutting wood in minutes with no problem.
