Review on Herschel Supply Co Packable Daypack: The Perfect Lightweight Travel Companion by Gregory Chaitanya

I received my first backpack and the straps on the backpack broke immediately after very little stress. Assuming it was a defective bag, I sent it back and got a new one. I didn't test the new one until a month later and had the exact same problem. I put a few light objects in it and immediately one of the shoulder straps snapped. More specifically, the top seam where the strap enters the bag was just stretched on both occasions. I wanted to return this bag but was prevented from doing so as it was too long ago. I wanted to ask to be replaced with a holdall of the same value but slightly smaller as I had also bought one of these and never had a problem with it. I love the combination of color and pattern but I'm really disappointed that I wasted my money and effort.
