The dashboard is easy to understand for both end users as well as administrators. It provides all necessary information in one place which saves time since you don't need to search around looking for other resources that may be missing from your platform or just not up-to date with what's happening currently within their organization. I wish it was possible to filter by specific user type (employee vs customer) but this isn't an issue at present; however we are working towards adding more granular permissions so people can see who they should talk to about certain topics/issues without having access across everything. Currently there are some functions such as searching through emails which could use improvement - perhaps give them more control over how long old messages stay visible before being hidden? This would help solve a problem where sometimes when someone searches using keywords like "privacy" there will still appear items related to marketing campaigns etc even though those were.
