Review on Step2 Build Store Block Activity: Boost Imaginative Play with Fun Building and Shopping Experience! by Jon Dugan

We bought this as a birthday present for our 2 year old boy. This is the best children's toy I've ever collected! This table consists of a total of 3 parts and the stool consists of 3 parts separately. 8 screws total, 3 on the inside of each table leg, 1 on the outside of each leg. The stool clicks into place so tightly that I had to sit on the seat and jump a bit to get it up! The cymbals are inserted into the leg for storage or lifted onto the table for play. My only complaint is that the plate doesn't really snap into anything on the table. It doesn't move back and forth, but back and forth a lot. I'm sure it's good for older kids but confused my 2 year old. 2 command strips on either side of the panels under the blue trays (so the protruding tab isn't visible) and voila! He loves his big children's table and invites us to sit next to him to play with the new hollow blocks. A NOTICE. We really thought the megablocks would work well on cymbals based on other reviews, but they barely snap onto cymbals. Plate due to minor irregularities. If you're buying this I highly recommend switching to Duplo blocks. We already planned that as he really seemed to like them more than the megablocks.
