Arrived and works as expected. I immediately connected my iPhone 6 to it with no problems and even got a call shortly after and was told they called. It was a real time call so I don't think I could answer but at least they told me they were calling. The phone itself is robust and feels good in the hand when making calls. I ordered this headset phone to use with a headset while working from home and so far it's working as advertised. Update: I've had the phone for a few months now. The communication is lame. It's like talking on a cell phone, even if I don't answer the call. It doesn't connect to the base and will from time to time and when it doesn't, so incoming calls just keep ringing and ringing when the handset tells me it's "BUSY" and not connecting. Black labels are erased. I bought this headset for the headset function but in my opinion it's a waste of money for this phone set.
