Fits like baggy. Waterproof.
The plus size is pretty baggy on me, but that's not the cougar's fault. I had to check twice. Surprisingly waterproof. Or at least if you pour tap water over it. Def doesn't want to sweat with bare arms. It is advisable to wear long sleeves under clothing, as sweat will "stick” to them. This is a great product for the price.
