I bought this hoping to reduce razor irritation while shaving. When I tried it hurt so much unless I pulled on the skin too hard (which is almost impossible with armpits). I figured I'd get used to it for my feet. It's not my fault I can't take the pain of pulling my hair out. I really liked the facial cleanser. The problem started when I charged it for the second time after about three weeks of use. I turned it off and tried to wash my face with it, but it wouldn't turn off. I literally had to wait for the battery to die to be able to send it back. There is nothing better than asking the courier to pick up your package with an electric shaver/epilator inside.
