Review on 🧴 Hansgrohe Chrome Towel Bar, 24-inch Upgraded Modern Towel Bar, Model 40516000 by James Maruffo

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Made in China Towel rail - Design: C-, Quality: A-

Hansgrohe 40513000 (12") and 40516000 (24") towel rails have different straps and do not fit together. In fact, the 12-inch bar is thicker than the 24-inch bar, which is confusing to say the least as they don't align well. I'm reviewing both 12" and 24" handlebars here because I ordered them both. 12 inch handlebar The appearance of this handlebar is too heavy for its overall size. looks too fat. If other items in your bathroom are large and blocky, this will work well. For a sleek, modern look, this is uncomfortable. In addition, the proportions between the usable area and the total boom are not permitted. 24" TANK With a long pole you want to be able to hang your towel freely so it dries properly. Unfortunately you can only use a 23" pole. of 30 inches (point to point) to hang your towel. It really depends on the manufacturer and the rod. There is nothing "wrong" with that per se as the 24" measurement depends on the bollard but other rods are measured differently. Also you need room for a 30" rod as you have to account for the rod tips. The 24 "Bar is better by design as it doesn't look as bulky as the disproportionate 12" bar. 12" Bar and 24" Bar These bars are made in China. They are NOT made in Germany or the USA Made They are made in China That's what it says on the box and that's what the Hansgrohe CSR says If you need German made equipment you should ask Hansgrohe but at the moment most of the Axor brand is still made there - cheap built. In terms of sheer quality they appear to be well made from brass if you agree they are made in China fine with the design and fine with the fact that they are not designed to go well together , then these latches a good choice.
