I have tried different types of protein and this one should be considered normal. Taste-wise it's ok, meaning it's not the tastiest thing I've ever tasted, but to be honest, if it tastes good, it probably has a decent amount of sugar in it. From that point of view, I believe it has about 6 grams of sugar, which is not very good if you're trying to use it as a dietary supplement or something for post-workout muscle recovery. Another thing I wasn't thrilled about was that it was made from whey protein concentrate because for the price I wouldn't want it to be made from concentrate. Overall it blended well and for the most part tasted good, but I'm not sure I'd watch it again if I had to look for protein. It's also worth noting that the packaging isn't very good. It would be nice if they perforated the top for easy removal without destroying the label. It doesn't really matter, although I think what matters is that to be honest it's quite an expensive price point for what I consider to be a mediocre product.
