This is a comfortable rally cape and the pockets are nice to the touch. The first one I ordered arrived with a knitting defect that should have turned into a hole. I sent this one back and ordered another one which is perfect. It's soft and doesn't itch. The black is not black but a very dark grey, just as neutral as black. It does wrinkle, but if you flatten it and leave it after use, it looks good enough. I always have to remember to fold it carefully. However, I feel comfortable and warm in it, and the pockets help me strap it around my shoulders. After using this scarf for a few months, I found that the scarf skews a bit onto the black clothing worn with it due to the gray fibers in the yarn.
