This company is outstanding with regard to customer service! However, I must rate Sturdiness and Durability three stars because of the rear wheels. Granted, a week after owning and pleased with its performance, I let the tractor slip out of my hand and land on the back rear left wheel. Because it's plastic, it snapped off. However, the company promptly shipped the wheel(s) as soon as possible. They were thoughtful and responsive. This unit would be significantly more durable with a metal core within the wheel. Also, a handle to carry the contraption around would be an excellent selling point. It's not light and one has to almost hug like a baby in order to ensure its security from the dreaded DROP. If you tend to be a little clumsy (like myself), be advised to be careful when moving this unit. As far as operation, I'm 100% pleased with its functioning.
