Can I get this fixed/replaced ? I don't see any contact information for Watex. It looks great, the black plastic parts quickly fade and the steering wheel rusts, but it still looks good from a distance. The plastic gears have stripped and the sprinkler no longer moves. It got hung up on some grass runners (St. Augustine & Coastal Bermuda) a few times which stopped the blades moving. Maybe that stripped it or maybe it couldn't pull the weight of a 5/8 inch hose, although I kept it under 100 ft…

This is a heavy duty traveling sprinkler that is superior to any others currently on the market. The only difference between the old John Deere traveling sprinkler and this one is the paint color. I'm excited to find that these tractor sprinklers are still available for consumer purchase and that the parts are interchangeable. They work great and Watex stands behind their product. Setting the angle of the sprinkler arms is a little touchy. They need to aim down just a little if your yard isn't real wide.

Have been using this for about a month now and this sprinkler is just great. The direction/angle of the nozzles can be adjusted to adjust the range of coverage (I've got one set almost flat, the other nearly straight out to maximize range). Have tried a few different patterns with the hose across my acre and it works really well. Only issue I've run into is that when it hits a really wet spot (especially towards the end of its run when there's a lot of hose behind it) it can slip and the wheels

Great coverage as a sprinkler but has to run on 'low gear' to really saturate. Is also VERY heavy and awkward to carry. 'Wish it had a handle somewhere - like on the top; balanced in the middle. The little "smoke stack" is a plastic tube with a few threads into the top of the sprinkler and broke off and was lost on Day 1.

Love my tractor sprinkler. It is made very well, and the shut off feature gives me piece of mind that I can walk away. First time I used it, it tipped over on uneven ground and automatically shut off. I suspect that because of the quality I will get many years of use from it.

Hose blew open on the side (manufacturer seam) after light use and just a few months. Stored carefully inside and handled delicately.There is supposedly a warranty but the customer service team ghosted me after requesting information.Don't waste your money, too expensive for a single season (ar best) hose.

This company is outstanding with regard to customer service! However, I must rate Sturdiness and Durability three stars because of the rear wheels. Granted, a week after owning and pleased with its performance, I let the tractor slip out of my hand and land on the back rear left wheel. Because it's plastic, it snapped off. You can see the fine water comes out of the holes and squirting up. My other soaker hoses mite be sturdier BUT they just drip,from underneath. You don’t know if they are doing anything or not.

Lasted 2 1/2 years then it stopped working. Not as fast as the John Deere version but still water the yard. Thanks for attention.

The machine had stopped working after a few days of ownership due to a gear that fell off it's mounting pin. Contacted Customer Service and had a replacement gear box with in two day. Works great again! Thank you Watex! Well worth the price for service like that!

What a great invention. Needed to water patio plants and wanted to reduce the temperature in the patio. A winner on both accounts. Couldn't live without it, especially in the scorching summer months.

This is a well-built sprinkler and easy to set up and use. I have a sprinkler system in my yard but choose to use this one as it gives me better coverage and I am able to use it when I feel it is necessary rather than using the program in the sprinkler system and this ends up saving water!

Actual sprinkler is good watering hose was a piece of junk exploded as soon as I tryed to use it . Wish that sold it not in the package deal. Would have expected better for the money that it cost.

I have purchased so many products to make my gardening tasks easier. This is the best one ever! I set them and then just turn the water on. They gently soak my flowering plants without disturbing the blooms. I love them, I even bought a set for a friend!

You'll need to check on it sporadically depending on your yard's surface.It's sturdy and will water a large section of grass.Worth buying!

I cannot give a realistic review as there is snow on the ground here and I will not be trying the unit out for another 3 months or so

I love the way it looks and the ease of use on on this product is very nice. It is built very sturdy. I use it at home and I love to watch it travel across the yard. The sprinkler hose is great I wish I had some more of them.
