There's a lot going on with this emergency radio. My first impression is that I like to add it to my emergency kit. I will keep it in an easily accessible place as I think it will come in handy after a power outage. It's small and light. Slim profile. Doesn't take up much space - It has a strong, bright light with different beam patterns (far, near, both) it has movement. May be for security purposes. Easy-to-use handle, long handle and durable. However, make sure to keep your fingers flexed so you don't hit them. Phone. Should not be used as a normal power bank. Can be used to charge this device, but you will need your own power adapter. - a short USB cable for charging phones. USB on one end, mini-USB on the other. Including adapter for iPhone. You'll need to provide your own USB C if your phone uses one. - SO. Button for a loud, unpleasant SOS signal - an additional advantage in a dangerous situation. I will take it with me when I travel. - Waterproof - Removable 4000 mAh lithium-ion battery. The battery can be replaced if necessary. See/Save the instructions for more information. How can this be improved? My wish list -Better grip when using the handle -Storage space for the USB cable. It doesn't have to be a big place, just storage space. Maybe a tote bag? Maybe a cover for the SOS button? If you don't want this strap to accidentally come loose, grab the strap for hanging or easy handling. I would add functionality. I saw one with a compass. Despite my suggestions for improvement, this does not change the fact that this is a reliable emergency radio, light, charger. This brings significant benefits for a relatively low price. And that's where my 5-star rating comes in. There are different levels of emergency care and it's easy to argue about which is better and why. For an entry-level item that's in the price range of other similar devices and overall build quality, a few features that work, and that it's better to have than not, I'd recommend this. I would buy another one for other locations or redundancy (two is one and one is not) or just as a gift.
