Bought this as a gift for my mum who is always busy. I hoped she could at least spare a few minutes for herself. You say it's a thought that counts as a gift, right? Well I really hope that deep in her heart my girlfriend believes in this! As she opened it, one of the hands holding the jar was twisted. Then as she pulled it out, the bullet on the end of that arm fell off! I was humiliated! When she got distracted by her kids, I tried to fix it. That's when I saw that the ball that had fallen was STUCK AGAIN! They knew it was broken beforehand and sold it to me anyway! I am so disappointed. I've included a picture so you can see how the glue works (the hand on the right in the photo). UPDATE: The customer service for this product was out of this world. Not only did they apologize and send a replacement, they made sure I got my money back for the first one and didn't charge me for a replacement. My friend now has the birthday present I wanted. I believe the customer service rep (Paul) when he said it was a factory defect. The second product was exactly what I was looking for and I am very happy with the product and the people behind it.
