I bought this to hold extra stationery such as pens, pencils etc. The nice thing is that it fits the 2 perfectly. The drawers next to it are also made by Interdesign (ie the black box shown in the picture) which stack well and hold in place well. I photographed each box (3 in total) with a tape measure on each side so you can see the actual dimensions of the box and get an idea of how big an individual box is. I also tried putting a few common items in drawers as a starting point. All in all it is exactly what I wanted and fully meets my needs.
