I'm an endurance rider and I mountain bike A LOT. These shorts have been great for the past few months. Not the most comfortable suede compared to some of my premium overalls, but still exceptional and enough to get me a 4 or 5 hour ride in comfort. The material is comfortable and breathable, dries quickly and does not rub even when wet for a short time. Riding in the rainforests of the American Southeast is of great importance; My regular cycling shorts get very wet and irritate my skin from getting wet from sweat, but they keep me dry and comfortable all day. The multi-tool is fine, so that's just a complaint. There's no zip, so you'll have to do a bit of fiddling when nature calls, but how can you fret over cheap shorts like this? Spending three times as much isn't much better. I've taken them on several major trips to DuPont and Pisgah in the Boone area and they've been comfortable the whole time. 100% recommended.
